Defined by their quality of make, our custom leather shoes are superior in shape, style, leather and last. Our custom leather shoes are offered across three different tiers, each designed to meet different wants and needs.
Stefano Bemer
Stefano Bemer stand at the pinnacle of shoemaking. Made entirely by hand in Florence, Italy, custom shoes from Stefano Bemer are cut from the finest leathers available, come complete with shoe trees and shoe bags, and are delivered in your own personalised wooden box.

Made in Japan
Crafted in a small workshop just outside of Tokyo, our made in Japan custom leather shoes represent exceptional quality and value. Available in a range of classic lasts and styles, they can be cut from a wide collection of leathers. Production time is 8-10 weeks.
Starting at $1495
Made in Spain
Our Spanish-made shoes are Goodyear welted and available in a range of timeless styles. You can choose between classic models like oxfords, Derbys, loafers, boots and monk straps - all of which can be cut from a wide range of leathers and suedes.

Making Custom Leather Shoes
Select Your Style
Our custom leather shoes can be made in a range of different styles. Choose between classic Oxford, derby, loafer, boot and monk strap models.
Choose Your Leather
Our custom leather shoes can be cut from different leathers and are available in a wide range of colours. Choose between classic calf leathers, soft suedes and exotics like kudu, sharkskin and alligator.
Choose Your Last
Shoes made in Italy by Stefano Bemer also allow you to select your preferred last. Selecting the last gives you greater control over the shape, style, fit and comfort of the finished shoe.
Made to Your Size
All of our custom leather shoes can be made in full or half sizes ranging from UK5 to UK14. Minor adjustments that account for your feet can also be made to our Stefano Bemer shoes.
